Anne Pacheco joined Willoughby in 2015, bringing years of experience and expertise to the company. Today, she specializes in hearing aid repairs and helping patients with hard-to-fit losses. Our team also includes Patient Services Coordinator Heather Ruggles. Heather was born and raised right here in Gresham.
We take pride in providing quality services to all our clients, including ear canal exams, comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid repairs and cerumen management – commonly known as wax removal. For those of you who already wear hearing aids, we would be happy to help you with service maintenance for cleanings, fittings, programming and performance verification. Of course, we also sell hearing aid batteries.
